Booking conditions

Bungalows, mobile-homes and apartments

• Payment must be done upon arrival.
• It is forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity for every accommodation, infants and babies are included in the count.
• A 100€ deposit must be made. It will be refunded should the accommodation be left in good condition.
• Pets are only allowed in the apartments and some mobile-homes and bungalows.
• The accommodation will be ready between 15H and 18H, it will be possible to arrive until 23,30H.
• Check-out is at 12H.
• Management reserves the right to change the number of the accommodation.

Plots

• Payment must be done before arrival.
• The plot will be available at 12H.
• Check-out is at 12H.
• The maximum capacity for a small plot is 4 people, medium plot 6 people and big plot 8 people.
• Pets are only allowed in the defined area (all plots except those marked as “dog-free area”. Dogs must always be on a leash, even on the plot.
• This is a family-friendly campsite. We don’t accept groups in most plots. If you wish to make a reservation for a group of people, a 100€ deposit must be made (refunded upon departure). We won’t take any reservations made by under age people.

Deposits

• Management may ask for 100€ deposit before entering the accommodation. It will be refunded should the accommodation be left in good condition.

Cancellations and reservations

Reservations under 30 days:   Cancellations made 30 days before the date of arrival will have a 95% refund. 7-30 days before the date of arrival, 50% refund. If the cancellation occurs within the week prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.   Forfaits over 30 days with a 300€ reservation: Cancellations made 7 months before the date of arrival will have a 200€ refund. Cancellations made 7-5 months before the date of arrival will have a 100€ refund. If the cancellation occurs 5 months or less before the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

General Conditions

• If the deposit is via transfer, it must be made in the next two days after the reservation.
• To enter the campsite it will be necessary to show all IDs at the reception.
• Wearing the bracelet is mandatory at all times within the campsite.
